I don't know if I could write a higher a review about a place If I even tried. I was a hot mess while I was here for detox of alcohol. I caused a huge headache for the entire place. I was only here for 3 days and then I left AMA. The staff was extremely respectful, kind, caring, compassionate, understanding. They tried so hard to make me comfortable and happy. Everyone that works here really does care about you and takes their job very seriously. I would send any loved one here and I would personally go back if needed. The food was amazing, which is saying a lot from a yelp elite. It really was though. They had plenty of options to pick from. You're allowed to smoke while here. I don't smoke, well, I didn't smoke until coming here. You can buy a pack in the vending machine for $10 or have your family members drop them off. When you first arrive you are out on a blackout. You can not call anyone until day 6. After that.. you can make one phone call a day as long as you go to your meetings. I did none of these things and I made 1 to 2 phone calls a day, with my counselor. Like I said, I caused a huge headache for the entire place. The women's only lounge is super comfy. It feels like a home with nice couches and kitchen table. They have other lounges for men/women throughout the entire place. During the football game they had it up on this huge screen in the basement where they normally watch movies on the weekends. They had a nacho bar and snacks during the game. I refused to attend any meetings while there. The two I did go to, were amazing. They have your whole week planned for you in a packet, which was really helpful. They could add a couple more clocks on the walls or make more announcements before the group times. Because if you don't go to the first and last meetings of the day, you lose your phone call for the following day. Family can only see you once a week on a Saturday or Sunday If you mess up your meetings, they will take that away from you too. I did find them to be very understanding, so If you talked to them or counselor.. I'm pretty sure you could work something out. The psychiatrist, Well, umm.. he was great when I first met him but then I was never actually able to see him again, even though it was put in for him to see my twice after that to go over my meds. I think he's overwhelmed and maybe they should hire a second person to help take on his caseload. The place could be cleaner. I found the floors to be dirty and the bathrooms a mess when I first got there. I wasn't sure if my bed was actually ever cleaned or not. The next day when housekeeping came, she did a great job.. but that's another area they probably could spend a little more money in. I was told that I would fail if I didn't follow their program. I probably would have if I didn't follow through with AA meetings on the outside. I would highly recommend sending anyone you love here.

Drove a friend here only, but as Recovery Centers go it struck me as efficient, compassionate and above all clean! Nice staff. I will update after I talk to my friend.

I stayed here for 26 days. It was my first and hopefully only time in rehab and the wonderful staff made it an amazing experience i will never forget. The staff is AMAZING, i loved my counselor, the facility was clean, the food was great, the groups and guest speakers were also wonderful. But what really stood out is how amazing the entire staff is. Even the cooks are awesome. The clinical aides are all so nice and helpful. Most if not all of the staff are also recovery so they understand what you're going through and will help you with anything. I LOVED it here and would recommend to anyone who wants to get clean.
